Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people with disabilities. We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA.

What we have done

Sufficient colour contrast; full keyboard use; all animations are turned off when “reduce motion” is enabled; images have descriptions; the site is in Cyrillic, Latin and English.

Known limitations

Some PDF documents are not fully accessible. We are replacing them over time.
