How the school handles personal data on this website, in line with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act.
Who processes data
The data controller is the Agricultural High School with Student Dormitory, Vojvode Putnika 58, Šabac.
What data we collect
The site does not collect data about visitors: there are no visitor accounts, visit statistics, ads or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server, without third-party services. If you email us, we keep your name, address and message only as long as needed to reply.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies. Your browser only remembers whether you have already seen the intro animation, so it does not repeat; this stays on your device, is never sent anywhere and is removed when you clear the site's data in your browser. This is why the site does not ask for cookie consent.
Hosting and database
The site is delivered through the Cloudflare network, and notices and documents are stored in a Supabase database on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). As processors, these providers handle technical data such as IP addresses only to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Photos of students
Photos where students can be recognised are published only with parental consent (or the student's own consent if over 15), which can be withdrawn at any time.

For any question about personal data, or to exercise your rights, write to direktor@sredpoljskola.edu.rs or send a letter to the school.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your data, and to object. You may complain to the Commissioner (poverenik.rs).
